FAQ
What studios ask us
Pricing, Aggregators, integrations, and how Untapped fits your existing stack.
What is Untapped?
Untapped is software for fitness and wellness studios to list last-minute open class spots on a branded booking page. Studios keep direct customer relationships, set their own listing rules, and retain 100% of class transaction revenue.
Can I use Untapped at multiple locations?
Yes. Pro is billed per location ($99/month each). Free includes a single location. For franchise groups or multi-site operators, contact enterprise@fillyourspots.com for volume pricing.
Does Untapped take a cut of class bookings?
No. Untapped charges a flat studio subscription only. There are no per-booking fees and no revenue share on filled classes. Member payments still settle through your existing member management software.
How is Untapped different from ClassPass?
ClassPass sends deal shoppers through a marketplace, takes a revenue share, and owns the customer relationship. Untapped lets studios fill discount inventory on their own page, with full control over pricing tiers, booking rules, and member data.
Do I need to get rid of ClassPass?
Only if you want to. We do not require you to unlist your studio from ClassPass. Restaurants often list on multiple channels at once - Uber Eats, DoorDash, Toast Direct, and their own site. Studios can run Untapped alongside ClassPass the same way.
What member management software does Untapped support?
Untapped integrates with your member management software (MMS). MarianaTek is live today. Mindbody and Clubready are next on the roadmap.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes a branded booking page, same-day and last-minute listing presets, editable release window (12h or 24h), one pricing tier, and core member guardrails. Upgrade to Pro for full inventory strategy, unlimited pricing tiers, schedule blackouts, and Ask Untapped AI.
Can I use Untapped while I'm on ClassPass?
Most studios use both. You don't need to leave ClassPass, GymPass, or USC to use Untapped.
Untapped is a direct channel for filling last-minute inventory through your own branded website. Your classes remain your classes, your customers remain your customers, and checkout happens through your existing member management software.
ClassPass partner agreements generally focus on participation in multi-studio marketplaces and pass-based products like ClassPass itself - not software that helps a single studio promote and sell inventory on its own website. In that sense, Untapped operates more like your MMS booking page or a studio-run promotional offer.
That said, every agreement is different. If you have questions about specific contract language, we recommend reviewing your ClassPass agreement with legal counsel. We're happy to walk through how Untapped fits into your existing technology stack, but we don't provide legal advice.
