This Privacy Policy describes how Untapped ("Untapped," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our marketing site, use studio onboarding and admin tools, interact with Spot (our marketing chat), or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Service").

This policy applies to the Untapped platform operated at fillyourspots.com and related properties. Individual studios may have their own privacy practices on branded booking pages; see their posted policies where provided.

We may collect:

• Account and profile information: name, email, phone, studio name, role, billing details, and credentials you provide
• Studio and operational data: schedules, class inventory, listing rules, branding, MMS connection metadata, and booking activity processed through integrations
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and referral URLs
• Communications: support messages, marketing chat transcripts when you request a summary, and email correspondence
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service
• Connect and sync with your member management software
• Process subscriptions, send transactional messages, and provide support
• Improve features, troubleshoot, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Send product updates or marketing communications where permitted (you may opt out of promotional email)
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics in line with this policy), consent where required (e.g. certain marketing), and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Member management software partners as needed to complete bookings you enable

Spot, our public marketing assistant, may process messages you send to answer product questions. If you request an email summary, we store your email and transcript to follow up on Untapped.

Admin AI features (such as listing recommendations) process studio operational data to generate suggestions. Do not submit sensitive personal data unrelated to studio operations in chat fields.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. Where required, we will present consent choices.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and studio settings.

You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (e.g. billing records).

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is directed to studio businesses, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate, with safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
